Enjoy this quiet, scenic location at Fall Creek 40-4. The property is a 1 bedroom/1 bath walk-in (from side parking) condo with a peaceful pond view. Have a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning or enjoy the sunset at night. Located on one of Branson's alternative routes, you will quickly get around most traffic to your destination whether on the Strip, out at The Branson Landing, or spending the day at Silver Dollar City. Come enjoy the view!

  • PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there may be a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.  
  • **This property does not have access to the pool on-site** A great alternative is the Branson AquaPlex which features a 12,250 square foot aquatic park with Zero-Depth entry leisure pool, kiddie pool, slides and more!  Daily Admission is $6.50 per person.
