The unit was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the darkening curtains, as most don’t have these. It was very easily accessible. My only note would be to families with small children. Bathing the kids was a bit difficult as the tub is a large jacuzzi with sliding glass doors

Weekend in Branson

We have stayed at other condos in Point Royale and this was as always, a great stay. Everything was clean, but I would suggest replacing the sofa pillows. I was laying on the sofa and the pillow smelled. I am sure this is an oversight due to not having the need to check pillows. Overall though, we were quite pleased with the stay. Thank you.

A Great Stay

Our stay at this 3 bedroom condo was great! The location was close enough but not too close to Branson and Table Rock was just a few minutes away for some hiking. The owners thought of just about everything we could possible need and responded quickly to any questions we had. The condo was appointed with lovely seasonal (fall) decorations and the informational pamphlets/booklets they provided were helpful. The beds were comfy and the trundle bed was perfect for the kids who loved having their own room! There were several games to occupy the evenings and the enclosed porch was fantastic for relaxing. The large living room was perfect for congregating in the evenings. The kitchen was fully equipped allowing us to we cook evening meals instead of constantly eating out. We especially liked the fact we had access to all the amenities of the large Wyndham complex – heated and unheated pools, pickleball, shuffleboard, etc. We also took advantage of a few of the free ticket offers that came with the deal and saved a few bucks, too. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a lovely time staying here. The room was spacious and clean. We used the kitchen area for morning coffee and the shower was hot and plenty of towels. Enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we’re visiting Branson.

Everything at the condo was excellent. The place was beautiful and we appreciated the effort put in to decorate for Christmas, per our request. It was extremely clean and very comfortable and cozy, as well as conveniently located. If I’m being honest, the only thing that was not great is the hot tub. The water looked and smelled dirty. We got in but just for a few minutes. Overall stay was excellent though.

Perfect location, especially for those with SDC plans. The trip into town was very easy as well. Enjoyed the set up of the home, great for families who don’t mind a little separation from the children! The downstairs set up is excellent for kid (and adult) entertainment. The screened in patio allows for an enjoyable time outside! Easy, quick communication with administrators of the home. We would come back!

Very responsive as I neglected to see code to enter, however all was in the information… Great location to walk to Branson Landing. Lots of discount coupons offered to check out Branson. We will definitely stay again. We’ve stayed several times on the strip, however prefer this location…

We enjoyed our stay, we used several of the free attraction tickets from Explorie, we did not use any of the amenities at Pointe Royal but the grounds were very well kept and the subdivision was very nice. Our unit was just as pictured and clean. We would Definitely use this location again as it was very close to the attraction area, yet far enough away that we did not have to deal with traffic if the strip. When I spoke to the representative from Dreams2Reality she was extremely helpful in finding is just what we were looking for. Thank you we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Game Time Getaway. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. There were plenty of games, books, and even movies to enjoy. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. The location was perfect too- close to the strip but far enough back that we could enjoy a quiet stay. The entire process of booking and checkout was so easy. The property provided great communication as well as partnered with a ticketing agency for local shows and attractions. This was super easy to book as well plus the free tickets were nice! We 100% would stay here again!

C-6 was our home for 11 days. Couldn’t have been more comfortable for our family of 6. Good location close to all the attractions on the 76 strip. Nice quiet neighbor hood. I would definitely recommend this condo for a good home away from home. All the ones at Dreams2Reality are easy to work with also. We will certainly use Dreams2Reality on our next trip to Branson.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Pointe Royale. We could not have been more pleased with our condo unit. Our favorite was able to enjoy sitting out on the screened deck looking at the lake. Our visit was just too short. We plan to come back again and stay longer than a weekend. Condo was spacious, kitchen was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room to play games, watch 3 TVs, read and relax. Thanks for a happy time.

The stackable washing machine was awesome and allowed us to keep up with our dirty clothes. More than enough room for six. Could have accommodated 2 – 4 more easily. This is a very nice property. Beds are comfortable and the living room is great! Plenty of room for a large family or 2-3 couples. You won’t be disappointed. Quiet resort with a great property management company. We had an issue with the remotes for the TVs and they were there within 15 minutes to fix the issue. They were very responsive and great to work with! We would stay at this property again!

The condo was fantastic – very clean and comfortable. The community was very quiet. There was plenty of room for our party of 5. Beds (including sofa sleeper) were super comfortable. The view was excellent – we loved the sunroom overlooking the golf course! And the location was perfect. We were less than 5 minutes from the main highway! I can’t say enough good things about Fairways 11-3!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and had plenty of everything. When we needed more towels and wash rags they had them there within the hour. That was the fastest service I have ever gotten from a place. Was very pleased. The beds were comfortable. Felt like home for the week we were there. Would definitely stay here again. The lights were dem but that was because it has a dimmer switch. So we just turned the switch up and it was bright. Thank you for the wonderful service and the nice place to stay.

Enjoyed staying in this lodging near Branson and Silver Dollar City! Having four nice sized bedrooms, all with a king sized bed and a full bathroom attached, provided super comfort and privacy. When one of the televisions in a bedroom wasn’t working properly, they tried to fix it and then replaced it, giving us updates throughout the process. Great outdoor screened deck with furniture provided additional seating in the fresh air. We would definitely stay here again for a future trip!

The property was very conveniently located and extremely quiet. We did not cook or eat their, however, it looked well stocked. Much better than any motel. It’s always such a gamble in choosing a vacation rental, so we were very grateful that the loft was as advertised, if not better. It was clean, updated, well stocked, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony also. The location was perfect for myself and my husband who enjoy walking to things (like live music and happy hours) or to a park or one of the dozens of shops. We will book here again when we go back.

My husband and I had a little anniversary getaway and stayed at the Old Branson Hotel in the Haven Suite. The whole building is beautiful. Very clean and inviting. It is also within walking distance to shopping the little boutique in the old town area and walking distance to Branson Landing and Bass Pro. We loved it!

Loved our stay! Very pretty inside and great that it had two king beds, but we loved the deck the most!!! Visited for best friends surprise 65th birthday. She loves all kinds of animals and birds. To the extent that we went to Walmart and bought a hummingbird feeder and food. We even washed out the bird bath and put water in it for the birds. At the condo, we saw a lot of critters, a ground hog, a rabbit, a fox, a skunk, raccoons, lizards, hummingbirds, yellow finches, and of course we watched the fishermen haul in so many trout at the dock below! The weather was beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! Condo was wonderful inside, and had everything we needed. Only a few recommendations, both bedroom doors need to be adjusted as they stick when trying to open or close. Main suggestion for us outdoor people, is it needs an umbrella for the table. Other than those minor things, I wish I owned it!!

Loft was super cute and clean. We loved everything about it and didn’t want to leave when our time was up. contactless check in was easy and convenient and the booking agent was very helpful. If I one suggestion for improvement the 10am check out time is too early when traveling for leisure. Otherwise, great place and we WILL be back!

Beautiful condo in a great location close to everything Branson has to offer! Beds were comfy. Condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Condo is located directly across from the pool area. Nice pool area, both indoor and outdoor, as well as a hot tub and sauna. One important note is that the condo is below ground level so there are stairs to get down to the condo. Made it somewhat difficult for my 80 year old mother with her bags.

The only reason why I’m not saying excellent is because the bunk beds was off meaning that the ladder was broken so we wasn’t able to use top bunk bed with 4 kids it would have been useful but other then that it went very well close to all the attractions so we really enjoyed ourselves and most definitely will be using you all again soon

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and spacious. I was a little concerned about the bedding not being washed. It didn’t smell fresh like the towels. We only had 7 towels ro share. (Which wasn’t enough)The kitchen was amazingly clean and fully stocked. The condo was just minutes from all major attractions! Check-in and check-out couldn’t be any easier. My family loved the condo! We will definitely be booking again. Our unit E3 was beautifully decorated with modern decor and newly renovated. Super cute and very comfortable.

Loved this condo! Plenty of room for our group of 6 with ages ranging from 10 to 67. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Back deck was nice to relax in the mornings and evenings after being out in Branson all day. Only downfall was the master bedroom barn style doors didnt have any handles which made them hard to close when going to bed. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the club C7 and we absolutely loved it! So peaceful and quiet but just takes you a couple minutes and you’re right back in the action! This condo was so gorgeous and so clean we give it five stars!! We enjoyed the smart TV and watching all the current movies at night after we came back from doing all the fun stuff there is to do in Branson and the Alexa was a great treat! There was extra linens and everything you could ask for! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great, we were very satisfied with the stay we just completed. We would however, recommend more seating in the living room. There is an occupancy limit of 10 for the unit but only seating for 4 in the living room. Maybe addition of a few extra chairs. The unit was super clean, and was easy to access. We didn’t experience any issues but know that immediate assistance was available. One of the most beneficial things is the free ticket program included with your stay. We utilized it and saved hundreds by utilizing it. We will definitely look to stay in the same unit when we visit in the future.

The location of this cabin on the White River was awesome. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch and watch the river go by. The cabin was very clean and had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. Beds were super comfortable. Definitely recommend this location and we will return!

This condo was perfect for our group of 11 people. It smelled like a new build, it was spotless, Pioneer Woman decor/dishes everywhere!!, the beds were the best I’ve ever slept in away from home, beautiful decor and comfy furniture, and a close drive to everything fun. It had everything we needed to cook meals and more! I loved the extra touches that other places never have like Kleenex boxes everywhere, a dish cloth to wash dishes with (not a yucky sponge!) and towels that were actually soft! I can not recommend this place more. Stop looking. You found the place to stay!!

Our family of 4 plus my parents and brother stayed here for a week. It was lovley. The home is far enough away from the main “drag” in branson so you can enjoy the peace and nature of the Ozarks but close enough to do everything. Lots of room for us to spread out and a great kitchen for cooking. The pool was also a nightly stop. Thank you for the stay!!

We stayed here for a week while in Branson for a baseball tournament at Ballparks of America. Great place, 3 bed, 3 bath, spacious but cozy. Unit was clean. Appliances worked well. Couch was so comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Host was accessible when needed. Added bonus was we got free tickets to local attractions, one per day of the stay. We used the Whitewater park and Silver Dollar City which saved us over $100. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a nice, affordable place to call home while on vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, had what we needed and we will visit again. The amenities were a plus. Pullout sofa was comfortable with a memory foam like mattress topper per my kids. Highly recommend visiting the Tiki Bar and restaurant. 10 minutes from the busy strip of Branson. The enclosed porch was a huge plus to drink coffee while watching golfers or the geese. 9 out of 10 recommend. The ONLY down fall was people were stomping & walking around at night above us and that did get frustrating from time to time. Which is out of this owners control.

Thus Condo was a perfect fit for the five of us. It has enough beds to sleep 10 people but that would have been a little crowded and there wouldn’t be enough dishes for that many. The pictures don’t do this property justice! Our family of 5 were blown away from the moment we stepped inside. The unit smells like it construction was completed yesterday…so fresh! Perfectly appointed. Tons of room. Conveniently located on the Yellow Route…super easy to get anywhere! If I could recommend one small change, it would be nice to have handles and a lock on the Master Suite barn doors. We can’t wait to return soon!

This newly constructed condo was absolutely stunning and spacious. The Pioneer Woman touches through out were charming and the condo was well stocked with everything we could have wanted. I stayed three nights with my daughter and her two littles, along with my recent high school graduate granddaughters. The only issue we had was with noisy neighbors in the condo above us but I realize this is out of the condo owner’s control. They were night owls and we heard lots of stomping around and what sounded like moving around of furniture. We will definitely have this property on our short list for future stays in Branson.

Had an awesome stay! Big enough space to fit 5 adults and 3 kiddos. Really enjoyed everything from the keriug to the big hot tub in the main bedroom. Saved money by cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. This unit is on the second floor so be advised you’ll likely be over other guests. We had to keep reminding our needs to not run or jump. That’s my only “complaint• but really great place and took advantage of the free tickets!

Pointe Royale 69-9 was a perfect condo for our 3 families plus our mom. The cookware seems to have been run through the washer so the tephlon sticks pretty badly, so bring some olive oil or cooking spray! Also ..make sure to walk the trail at the end of the parking lot! Beautiful views of Lake Taneycomo. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting again!

Excellent! *With some feedback…The Property is lovely. People couldn’t believe I was in Missouri from the pictures I was posting! I especially loved this unit because it was on the water (what a view!), next to the park and dog park. It was quiet and the people (both visitors and residents) were LOVELY. We only went to the pool once, it was quite busy but all friendly, clean and fun as well. The lock was broken on the unit and wasn’t able to be fixed, so there was a workaround with a key. The management staff was lovely in arranging help for this. The screen porch is WONDERFUL. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were nicely sized, perfect for our family. The pet-friendly unit also added a lovely element to the stay. My main feedback is that the kitchen is very modestly equipped. We like to cook, which is a main reason why we select this type of property instead of hotels. The unit didn’t have enough bowls or silverware, and it was difficult to cook with smaller pans and pots. No blender, handmixer, etc. Only salt & pepper. I know different places have different rules about keeping food on hand, but no cooking oil or at least a couple of spices–that was unusual to me. There was a modest amount of coffee–if we were real coffee drinkers, we would have run out; and there were no tea bags. There were no ziplock bags or aluminum foil or sealable dishes.I would definitely return to this clean, lovely home. But, I would take more basic cooking supplies with me.I’m saying all of this less as a criticism and more FYI for future visitors. Also, arriving right at 4pm can be gridlock, due to the check in time, so try to work around it if you can!

We enjoyed our stay at The Branson Hotel. We stayed one night in The Notebook room. The setting and vibe of the hotel and room were very vintage. We would have loved if the downstairs bar had been operational, but we were close to other options for food, drinks, and entertainment at The Landing. The room was clean, had needed essentials, cold air, soft bed, hot and good water pressure for the shower! We’ll definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our accommodations. Very nice and clean. Plenty of supplies. Pool was used daily. Free ticket to some of the offered spots was used. Extra bed allowed local grandson to spend a night with us. All in all this was a great place for us to be so we could spend a week with our local children and their families. We would choose this condo again any time.

This condo was the perfect set up! It was clean and felt inviting. The two outdoor decks allowed for easy conversations in a nice environment. The screened in deck kept the e bugs out and was close to the water to listen to. The beds were comfortable and the towels well stocked. We would definitely rent from here again. The only thing we needed were a few sharp knives to help Witt food prep.

It was my first time in Branson, and knowing where to stay can be daunting. Staying near the landing versus the strip, was the right choice. And I consider myself lucky to have chosen the Branson Hotel. Such a special place, relaxing and peaceful, within walking distance to the Landing and the downtown shops. Will definitely stay here again, if I head back to Branson.

We enjoyed the condo, ate dinner in each night, played games and enjoyed the pool and the water access from the condo. The amenities were very nice, especially the electric grill on the patio for grilling hot dogs and brats for my boys. The condo was clean and tidy and the extras that the host provided were greatly appreciated: small cooler, medium cooler, extra towels, blankets, trash bags, dish detergents, laundry tabs and dryer sheets.

We had a great time at Anglers Pointe 79-1. The condo was quiet, roomy, nicely and newly finished and very clean. We were totally impressed – and especially enjoyed mornings on the deck watching the wildlife, fishing and boats, playing games at the sunroom table and the amazingly well-equipped kitchen. Your condo was wonderful. Clean and very quiet area its decorated so pretty. The surroundings are peaceful. We have stayed at several rentals and I never made plans to go back because they were not worth the money. This one is worth the stay we hope to come back with family and rent the ones next door too! I hope the price never goes up! And I have to say the memory foam mattress gets a A+ in comfort, I wish everyone would do that!

Our stay at Casa grammy located in Hollister,Mo.It is centrally located to Historic downtown Hollister. Short drive to downtown Branson and the landing. Trailer is actually very clean and had a nice smell. Nice yard to walk around in we sat on the back deck and could see the lights across the river wants once the leaves are on the tree you won’t be able to see the lights though. Also They have a small burn pit and a barbecue pit. Each bathroom had a Box gives it of soap,Shampoo, ect. Located in a nice wooded country Neighborhood. Will stay here again

This Condo 42-16 at Pointe Royal was excellent. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bedding and towels and updated kitchen. The team at Dream2Reality staff was very kind, communicated with us right away and always wanted to check in to see how we were doing. They gave us free tickets to Silver City and we stayed longer and they blessed us with additional ticket to Titanic Museum. The vacation started off like a nightmare with the first condo rental and Dream2Reality rescued us and treated us so kindly. We would give them 6 stars if we could. Enjoyed every minute of our stay and going back.

Incredible home with everything we needed for a Spring Break family vacation. Can’t say enough about the home layout and location on the lake. Remote shades, multiple fireplaces, great beds and bedding. We had access to a couple kayaks as well as fishing poles. Management company was responsive to a couple small issues and was able to get us an early checkin at the last minute for a small fee. This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had.

We had a great time here. The condo was well suited for our family of 4. It is a great location close to all the activities, shows, and restaurants. In addition the host was so nice as we had originally booked the condo months before this stay but my son got Covid and we were unable to go. The host let us reschedule for a different stay instead even though it was a short time before our scheduled stay. We were so appreciative of this! My family enjoyed our vacation at the Pointe Royale Golf Resort. The guys played a round of golf the next day after we arrived. The indoor heated pool was wonderful and the water was very warm and pleasant. The condo worked well for our family of four adults, three children and a dog. The lake view from the condo and the balconies was beautiful. The condo was an end unit which made it even nicer for the view. The playground was beside the condo and our kids were able to enjoy that. Daniel and the staff at Dreams2Reality were very quick to respond to any questions we had by phone, email or text. We would definitely try to book this condo again for any future trips.

We did like the condo. The restroom in the other bedroom had an issue with the toilet filling up with water. We liked that it had everything you could think of to offer in the kitchen! The shade in the other bedroom had a “chunk” out of it that needs to be replaced. Other than that, we really enjoyed it and the shade is a minor issue other than letting the light in.

Daniel and the staff was awesome! Helped pick out great place to stay for my family. Got us a unit right by pools, tennis courts and basketball. Also unit was right on a really nice gold course. Check in was super easy with their notification email and same for check out. Has super useful app and even took advantage of free tickets to Totanic. Will definitely stay with them again when in the area as this was best service of all the other places we have stayed.

Great property conveniently located to area attractions and restaurants. Beautiful view of Lake Taneycomo and opportunity to fish for trout from the marina which was a short walk away. My son fished for an hour or two on two days and caught five trout (catch and release). The condo was on the ground floor, attractively decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The sunroom was a great place to enjoy the lake view and be out of the weather. A unexpected plus…the condo was very tastefully decorated for Christmas.

We stayed in Villa 120 the weekend after Thanksgiving 2022. It is located in a very quiet area north of the busy Branson area but with access to dining, shopping, and grocery needs. The 4 bed, 4 bath villa was perfect for our family and decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The only, and I stress only, negatives were a smell in the kitchen from the garbage disposal and the mattresses that were a bit uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay!

The house is located in a perfect location, if the weather was nicer, you could technically walk a lot of places as it’s one road behind the strip, pretty much in the middle of town. It’s nicely remodeled. My only recommendation is to do something about the beds. They were so hard, my body hurt after sleeping. Other than poor sleep, the stay was great.

We had 3 big bedrooms and 3 private baths! When we arrived, it seemed like it was a little off of the beaten track, but – once known – the trip into town was quick! The property is well maintained, the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and the response to a low battery in a smoke detector was quick! That was our only issue! It was a good friends’ week!

Nice place to stay. Only issue was when they installed a new furnace the installer did not wire it right so we just had AC the first night and woke up to 60 degree temps. They came by and got the heat working the next day. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. I would stay there again. Clean and cozy.

As a recent widower I needed to get away and this property in Branson hit the spot. It was clean and well stocked. I did bring a chicken pot pie that was to be cooked at 400 but the oven would not go above 360. I just cooked it 5 minutes longer. Cannot read the timer on the mircowave as the light appears to have gone out. Neither was a big deal and I would definitely stay here again. I must give a shout out to Dreams2Realty. They did an excellent job of keeping me informed leading up to my trip. I would definitely recommend them highly.

Condo was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable and convenient to all attractions. Condo is in a quiet area away from the noisy strip and only took 5 min to get to strip. Had everything we needed, pots and pans, washer & dryer, streaming services, plenty of towels. Could not have asked for a better place. This was our first visit to Branson but not the last. we will stay here again for sure. Thanks for the awesome stay!

This place is a gem. As with any boutique hotel, the rooms are a little small, but very well appointed. Everything was clean and neat. The bed was wonderful. The location was perfect for downtown strolls. The views of Main St from the upper and lower porches are perfect for coffee in the morning or a nightcap. The adjoining restaurant/bar is superb as well. We’ll be back for sure!

Accommodations were excellent; cleaning was exemplary. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend and highly recommend Cool Water Retreat 1518. The checking-in process was a bit complicated; however, someone answered promptly when we called to report the difficulty, which was a relief, and they apologized for the confusion. We were finally able to access the home by the side door controls, which we were unaware of as the app indicates front door entry. Regardless, this did not detract from the wonderful facilities and the enjoyment of our visit. Thank you, host/hostess for allowing us to share your beautiful home!

Easy to get to and providing equally easy access to historic downtown Branson and The Landing, the Branson Hotel has my highest recommendation. Driving to The Strip or Table Rock Lake? No problem…you’re only a few minutes drive from either. Great coffee in the lobby, and Capone’s offers excellent fare and a full service bar. You will not regret staying at the Branson Hotel. If there is a downside at all, it is that when sitting on the front porch, traffic noise can drown out your conversation with family or friends at certain times of the day. But traffic noise is not an issue in the rooms at bedtime.

This condo was better than pictured & had a gorgeous view of Taneycomo. Right on the water, includes a large sunroom with a TV, wine fridge, & a huge deck that steps down closer to the water. The inside is freshly remodeled with all new appliances & new furniture, very clean!! Tv’s in every room & wifi included. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, even a crock pot. A short walk down to the dock where there’s a store & you can fish or boat from there or just relax by the water. Plenty of food & entertainment nearby. Short drive to the strip where all the attractions are. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven on the water! Not to mention the free tickets included daily to select attractions. 5+ stars!!

My wife and I decided to spend the weekend in Branson. We were going to choose the Hilton, Holiday Inn express, or Château on the Lake. But at the last minute I saw this hotel. The price was half the price, so I was skeptical. But this room in this hotel did not let us down. It was clean, quiet, and just perfect. The restaurant that is attached has amazing food. We will definitely start using this hotel for trips to Branson.

Recently stayed at this quaint condo with a back porch overlooking the golf course. We found it to have everything we needed. There are stairs off the back porch for an easy way to walk your fur baby. Having a washer and dryer was a real plus. The coffeemaker uses either pods or coffee with filter. The freezer was stocked with fresh ice cubes which was nice as it was 96 degrees outside. The a/c worked great! And the bed was super, super comfy. The microwave handle seems to be coming off at the bottom and the bath sink drains a bit slowly. Hopefully these will get addressed soon. Other than those 2 minor issues it was a very enjoyable place to stay.

The condo was very spacious leaving plenty of room for our family of four. The open concept made it nice so we could all be together without being on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed which made cooking very convenient. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were a nice size. The only complaint I have is that both beds were soft to the point that they were hard to get out of and could pose a problem for anyone with a back issue. The condo was very clean! We enjoyed using the nearby club house and pools. The location was perfect being very close to the strip but just far enough to not be in the middle of everything!

Best stocked kitchen we have had. Air conditioner kept up great with the high temperatures. Open floor plan, but they provide TV’s in each bedroom, so you could still get away from noise if needed. No boat/trailer parking. Just mentioning because the public boat ramp has two parking lots and they let us keep our truck and trailer parked there all week for $5. Public launch is just down the hill. Baxter marina was fantastic. Lots of people to help with docking, gas and so forth. The house management people were great at answering our questions and making changes if needed. Great house for a family!

My husband and I travel frequently and prefer to stay in homes rather that hotels. I have never stayed in a home that had absolutely everything we needed.The home was well maintained and spotless on our arrival and it provided all the room we needed for our large group of 10. I would recommend that the oven thermostat may need to be checked.The oven seems to cook slow. The beds were also “extra” firm. By the second night we didn’t notice it as much but be prepared they are very firm.

Just back from a week long stay at your property. The place was absolutely gorgeous. We were in town for the world cornhole championships and it was convenient and cozy. The only thing that I can say we wish we had was a cooking pot so I could have prepared a meal or two. While there were ample pans, a pot and perhaps a few more utensils would have been nice. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to stay there again!

The managers of this property do a very good job providing all that you will need, from plenty of paper towels/toilet paper to kitchen items and extra blankets – the works. It is quiet and comfortable and the view of the lake can’t be beat. In the mornings it is incredibly peaceful as the water is calm and in the afternoon, it sounds like the ocean as the passing boats make waves on the short. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the accessibility to surrounding Branson attractions & the room had a good floor plan with updated furniture except for a couple of pieces. Plenty of towels & necessities were provided & it was clean! If we choose to stay in the complex again, however, we would look for a unit that is on the ground level so that we wouldn’t have to use stairs/elevator or “share” a patio (no railing or wall separation) with another unit. The people in the unit that shared the patio space with us were either talking loudly or smoking, so we didn’t get to enjoy our patio at all! (This complex unit may be the only one that “shares” a patio area) This was the only reason we are giving this a 4 star rating! Branson is a great vacay getaway with lots to see & enjoy!

I absolutely LOVED The Branson Motel. The room was good size, clean and so quaint. With older motels, built in 1908? I think, I worry about the condition of the place. No worries here. It was updated and all the rooms had a different theme to choose from. I love the convenience of Al Capone’s Speakeasy right downstairs. The owners and staff were GREAT. They even had live music until 9:00. We will come back to Branson soon with friends, and we will stay at The Branson Hotel if they have openings. I will be very disappointed if they don’t. The Branson Hotel is amazing little place. If you’re looking for a quiet place, adults only, this is the place. The BH has nine rooms available. We were in the Buck Bungalow. It had everything we needed. Including a mini fridge and hair dryer. Comfy bed, big fluffy towels. Although there is no front desk person on site anything we needed was just a phone call away. The door handle broke during our time there and I was pleased that it only took a text and the handle was replaced in a most timely fashion. This place was in an ideal spot in a nice resort area and a perfect place for our family of 6. Would also work out great for 8 as well. Good space, plenty of bathrooms, solid kitchen and laundry access, and of course nearby everything Branson has to offer (on site golf course, all downtown areas, table rock lake, big cedar lodge, etc all within 30min or less). We had an awesome time!

This house was a TRIP SAVER!! I had another house booked for a Girl’s trip that was canceled 2 weeks before the trip. I was trying not to PANIC. Then, I came across Rocky Ridge! It was new and clean. Plenty of room for 4 of us with room to spare. Not in Branson, so a secluded feel. Short drive to many activities. Perfect spot to go do whatever you want and to come back and relax and play cards, have an arcade game competition, and chill on the screened-in porch! There is a steep road to the house, but you get used to it. And, we found it entertaining to watch people walk and drive the hill! A minor drawback is if you have guests in the unit next door…you will hear them. I would book this house again regardless of that!

We enjoyed a pleasant stay for 3 nights in this unit with two adults, a teenager and two kids. The unit had enough room for everyone to spread out and the second bedroom was perfect for our kids. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, but the couch in the living room is a little hard. A/C worked great through a very hot weekend and was super close to Silver Dollar City. We loved the pool and the fact that it’s right across from the unit is a huge bonus! My favorite part was enjoying my morning coffee on the back porch–it really feels like you’re in a treehouse. Enjoyed our stay for sure!

This property was clean and inviting, and a great place to stay for our family of 2 adults + 2 teens. The location couldn’t be beat – far enough the main strip to avoid traffic headaches, but close enough to be accessible to all the attractions. Very quiet at night, and enough parking right in front of the building for all guests. A few minor things that could have been improved: * There was very little laundry detergent and no dishwasher detergent. I’d recommend bringing some from home to make sure you have it. * The mattress on the bottom bunk in the 3rd bedroom was very uncomfortable. We ended up shifting around our sleeping arrangements because of it. *

Very nicely kept vacation duplex townhouse home in the Branson area. TVs thru out, vinyl wood looking floors. Nice deck off modern kitchen. Needs a few things like a couple of rugs, colander and chopping knives in kitchen. New pillows in bedrooms. A few more washcloths and hand towels. Kitchen kcup didn’t work as there was no insert in it. We should have called about this as they dropped off kcups for us. Tim found screws in a drawer in the kitchen which he thought might be for bench. Very good management friendly and nice. You’ll like staying here. Clean and quiet, close by all activities in the area.

This is a great place to stay. The place was huge and had every possible amenity you could think of. We always need extra blankets and pillows and each room was stocked. My kids did great and all stayed in the room with the bunk beds and bed. I wish more places would design rooms like this. We have little ones so didn’t feel comfortable jumping off the dock as there wasn’t much room but my son did fish every day and our dog loved the water. It was a great trip and we will back back!

This is a great little condo, was perfect for our family. The location is very convenient to silver dollar city, and is the opposite direction that most of the traffic goes. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of sleeping space for 3 adults and 3 kids. The back porch was beautiful, and very peaceful in the morning with birds and squirrels. The only minor complaint was there were only 4 chairs, so we could not all sit down at the table together. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book this condo again.

This property was very cute and cozy. We live here in Branson and wanted to have a little get away together with just the two of us. The only thing that would have made it better and more comfortable, would’ve been curtains on the windows, and better water pressure in the shower. The light shining in at 7 a.m woke us up. Loved the updates done in here. 10/10 on the updates. The faux fireplace is an excellent idea and we enjoyed it a lot. It was very clean. The location looked a bit sketchy but, it was actually very quiet. All in all, we enjoyed our weekend here. I’d maybe also recommend letting guests check in earlier than 4 pm. Some people like to begin their days off or vacation earlier than 4 pm. 🙂 Other than that, great job and thank you for having us!

We stayed for a long long weekend, Thursday-monday. I had a hard time swallowing a pill of paying 1000+ for a nice hotel room on the strip during spring break! This location showed up under my available dates, and with us traveling with a 2 year old and 3 year old who have slept in their own rooms since day one. It sure was nice to find a multiple room unit for the same around price of a one room, 2 bed hotel with shared everything on the strip with all the noise and traffic with out any of the benefits. This condo isn’t located on the strip, but it takes you about 5 seconds to get to everything and youre basically just off to your self, the condo was very clean upon arrival! It was loaded in the kitchen and everything you may need if you were to say travel with 2 other couples and each occupy a room. Our beds were comfortable and everyone knows after a long day walking in silver dollar city a comfortable bed is important. If I had ANY criticism, the master bathtub/shower does seem slightly dated, my wife did mention she preferred the shared bathroom over the master simply to the updated Bath/shower combo. that being said showers were fine and good pressure and what more can you ask for!! Again, wouldn’t complain about the bathroom, just something that I would say could be more of an update during the off season, everything went as plan, loved the unit and WHEN we come back to Branson. We definitely will be using this unit if its available!

Branson lakeview condo

I think this stay was by far my favorite. Very quiet, clean and easy access to all Branson has to offer. The patio was so relaxing we sat out every evening, the view was spectacular. The beds were comfy. No complaints at all!! We will be back.

Walking distance to everything. Front couch is a futon for extra sleeping. High quality appliances. Free parking, although it is in a creepy alley. Easy in and out if you use the alley instead of the main road. Near lots of fun stuff. 10 minute walk to Branson Landing.

We were all so comfortable and had plenty of space to move around. The lamps all around were very helpful for us. The hot water and water pressure was impressive and the seat in the shower was perfect for my 64 year old Nana. The place was stocked with anything we would need. We plan to book with you again.

Great Access for handicap

Easy access, Great location. Beautiful Apartment, quiet, very clean. It has a walk in shower with grab bars which my husband needed and I enjoyed. Parkinson’s disease makes it very difficult to step over a tub. Plenty of room for his wheelchair. Kitchen very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. We will definitely consider this rental again.

Property was very clean and enjoyable with accurate photos. My only issue was that it was described as a ground level unit but there were 2 stairs we had to lift a powered wheelchair up to get into the property which was a pain coming and going. Other than that we were extremely happy with our accommodations. We appreciate everything and would most definitely return to this property when we don’t need the electric wheelchair anymore!

Memorial Day weekend

Enjoyed this condo over the weekend with our family! Beds were comfortable, balcony had awesome views, and the kids loved the games they provided! We were bummed to find only 1 of 2 pools open for Memorial Day weekend, but the kids still had fun. The condo was perfect for our family of 6 to spend a nice weekend away!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The rental is very spacious and had plenty of room to spread out! The 3 king beds were perfect and the fact that each bedroom had access to their own bathroom made everyone feel more comfortable. We did utilize the kitchen and they had everything well stocked! They even had a griddle which made pancakes super easy! The only surprise to me was there was no salt and pepper! So bring those spices if you are planning on cooking, otherwise it was perfect for our family get-away!
