We invite you to come enjoy Pointe 42-16, a charming 1BD/1BA walk-in unit. You will love the location of this property near the tennis courts and one of the pools. A short walk to the Clubhouse takes you to the fitness center, pro shop, and 19th Hole for dining, or a quick drive down the road takes you to most attractions, shopping and dining. Come relax and enjoy all that Branson has to offer.

This property is pet friendly!!! Additional pet fee of $125 covers up to 2 pets, 50 lbs or less each. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture within the property.

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there may be a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.

"This Condo 42-16 at Pointe Royal was excellent. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bedding and towels and updated kitchen. The team at Dream2Reality staff was very kind, communicated with us right away and always wanted to check in to see how we were doing. They gave us free tickets to Silver City and we stayed longer and they blessed us with additional ticket to Titanic Museum. The vacation started off like a nightmare with the first condo rental and Dream2Reality rescued us and treated us so kindly. We would give them 6 stars if we could. Enjoyed every minute of our stay and going back.

Great stay and service

"Daniel and the staff was awesome! Helped pick out great place to stay for my family. Got us a unit right by pools, tennis courts and basketball. Also unit was right on a really nice gold course. Check in was super easy with their notification email and same for check out. Has super useful app and even took advantage of free tickets to Totanic. Will definitely stay with them again when in the area as this was best service of all the other places we have stayed.

"Loved the location. On the end with a walk off deck. Very clean and nicely decorated for fall. Had everything we needed to enjoy Labor Day weekend. Staff was friendly and delivered a new pool key when ours didn’t work. Would love to book again next time.

Nice condo

"Recently stayed at this quaint condo with a back porch overlooking the golf course. We found it to have everything we needed. There are stairs off the back porch for an easy way to walk your fur baby. Having a washer and dryer was a real plus. The coffeemaker uses either pods or coffee with filter. The freezer was stocked with fresh ice cubes which was nice as it was 96 degrees outside. The a/c worked great! And the bed was super, super comfy. The microwave handle seems to be coming off at the bottom and the bath sink drains a bit slowly. Hopefully these will get addressed soon. Other than those 2 minor issues it was a very enjoyable place to stay.

Great weekend experience

"I was only in Branson for a weekend meeting up with friends also at Pointe Royale. The process was seamless and the checkout very simple. The location was excellent. Less than 100ft from the pool. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The free ticket provided each day for specific entertainment venues added value. I definitely would choose this unit again.

"The condo was very clean and it was perfect for what we needed. My son's in-laws have a place in there and it was in walking distance. A lot of places to walk and exercise. Very quiet. Close to the club house and pickle-ball courts. I would recommend this unit to anyone going to Branson. It was also dog friendly.
